When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the following information:

• Email Address (required)
• Phone Number (optional)
• Project Description (optional)

This information is stored in Google Sheets and is used solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare your quote. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

Payments

Payments for our products (such as D-Brief Pro) are processed by Stripe. Densanon LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Email Communication

If you contact us via email at admin@densanon.com, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry. We do not operate a mailing list or send marketing emails.

Information We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or tracking — we do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service on densanon.com
• No cookies — densanon.com does not set any cookies
• No advertising — we do not run ads or use ad tracking

DensaBooks is available as both a SaaS product and a self-hosted license. Data handling for DensaBooks is governed by the terms of your specific license or service agreement.

Daily Digests

Our digest pages (AI Digest, Robotics Digest, Computation Digest, Game Dev Digest) display curated content from public sources. Viewing these pages does not require any personal information and no tracking is involved.

Data Retention

Quote form submissions are retained as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
