This privacy policy describes how Densanon LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our website at densanon.com and our products and services.

Overview

We keep things simple. We do not run analytics, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone. We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us.

Information We Collect

Quote Form

When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the following information:

• Full Name (required)
• Business Name (required)
• Email Address (required)
• Phone Number (optional)
• Project Description (optional)

This information is stored in Google Sheets and is used solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare your quote. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

Payments

Payments for our products (such as D-Brief Pro and Densa Deck Pro) are processed by Stripe. Densanon LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number or payment details. After a successful purchase, we receive only the information Stripe provides in the checkout session (typically your email address and a session identifier used to deliver your license). Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Email Communication

If you contact us via email at admin@densanon.com, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry. We do not operate a mailing list or send marketing emails.

Information We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or tracking — we do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service on densanon.com
• No cookies — densanon.com does not set any cookies
• No advertising — we do not run ads or use ad tracking
• No fingerprinting — we do not use browser fingerprinting or similar tracking techniques

Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect technical information such as your IP address in server logs as part of their hosting infrastructure. This is governed by GitHub's Privacy Statement.

Product-Specific Policies

D-Brief

D-Brief is a privacy-first application that processes all data on your device. It collects no personal data and transmits no information from your device. For full details, see the D-Brief Privacy Policy.

DensAssistant

DensAssistant is a local-first personal-memory assistant for desktop and mobile. It requires no account and runs no Densanon server. Everything it captures — screen context, meeting and call audio, transcripts, notes, and reminders — is processed and stored on your own device. Speech recognition and the AI that answers your questions run locally. Nothing is sent to Densanon, and we have no ability to see your data.

Syncing between your own devices is optional and is either peer-to-peer over your local network or through your own Google Drive folder (end-to-end encrypted with a key only your devices hold). Densanon never receives this data.

DensAssistant also offers optional Google integrations you turn on yourself by signing in with Google. When enabled, your device communicates directly with Google — never through a Densanon server — to provide these features:

• Google Calendar (read-only) — to remind you of upcoming events and answer "what's coming up."
• Google Tasks (read and write) — to keep your to‑dos in sync both ways.
• Google Drive (app files only) — an optional way to sync meetings to your own Drive folder.

These connections are off by default, are stored only on your device, and can be disconnected at any time (and revoked from your Google Account permissions). DensAssistant requests the narrowest scopes needed and accesses your Google data solely on your device to provide the feature you turned on.

Google User Data and API Services

For the optional Google integrations described above, DensAssistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, data obtained from Google (calendar events, tasks, and Drive files you authorize) is:

• used only on your device, and only to provide the user-facing features you enabled;
• never transferred to Densanon or any third party, because the app talks directly to Google and we operate no server for it;
• never used for advertising, and never used to train any AI or machine-learning model;
• never sold; and
• retained only on your device for as long as the feature is connected — disconnecting removes the stored authorization.

DensaBooks

DensaBooks is available as both a SaaS product and a self-hosted license. Data handling for DensaBooks is governed by the terms of your specific license or service agreement.

Densanon Toolkit

The Densanon Toolkit at toolkit.densanon.com is a separate application and may have its own analytics and privacy practices. Please refer to the Toolkit for its specific privacy information.

Densa Deck

Densa Deck is a privacy-first desktop application for Magic: The Gathering deck analysis. All deck data, card database downloads, analysis results, version history, and optional AI coaching run locally on your device. Densa Deck does not create an account, does not transmit your decklists or analysis to any server, and does not use analytics or telemetry. The application checks a public version manifest at toolkit.densanon.com on launch to notify you of updates — this request is anonymous and contains no identifying information. For Pro purchases, we receive only your email and a Stripe session identifier; the license key is derived locally in your browser from that session identifier and is validated offline by the app. See the Densa Deck product page for full details.

Daily Digests

Our digest pages (AI Digest, Robotics Digest, Computation Digest, Game Dev Digest) display curated content from public sources. Viewing these pages does not require any personal information and no tracking is involved.

Data Retention

Quote form submissions are retained as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
