These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of densanon.com and the products and services provided by Densanon LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company based in Post Falls, Idaho. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of This Website

You may use densanon.com for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the site in an automated manner for commercial purposes without our permission

Products and Services

Custom Software Services

Custom software projects (websites, apps, automation, etc.) are governed by the specific agreement between you and Densanon LLC for that project. Quotes provided through our website are estimates and may be adjusted based on final project requirements.

D-Brief

D-Brief is provided as-is. The free version is available at no cost. D-Brief Pro is a one-time purchase processed through Stripe. Refund requests for D-Brief Pro can be directed to admin@densanon.com.

DensaBooks

DensaBooks is available as a SaaS subscription or a self-hosted license. Each option is governed by its own license agreement provided at the time of purchase. Access to the SaaS version may be suspended for non-payment or violation of the license terms.

Densanon Toolkit

Individual tools on the Densanon Toolkit are free to use. Future features such as linked tool workflows may require a paid account. We reserve the right to modify Toolkit pricing and features at any time.

Daily Digests

Our digest pages (AI Digest, Robotics Digest, Computation Digest, Game Dev Digest) present curated summaries of and links to content from publicly available sources including RSS feeds and public forums. Densanon LLC does not own or claim ownership of the original linked content. All linked articles and posts remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. If you are a content owner and have concerns about your content appearing in our digests, contact us at admin@densanon.com and we will address it promptly.

Intellectual Property

The Densanon name, logo, website design, and original content on densanon.com are the property of Densanon LLC. Our products (D-Brief, DensaBooks, Densanon Toolkit, NPC Engine) and their source code, documentation, and branding are the property of Densanon LLC unless otherwise stated in a specific license agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without our written permission.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. For custom software projects, payment terms are defined in the project agreement. For product purchases, refund requests should be directed to admin@densanon.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the site, including digest content sourced from third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Densanon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Densanon LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Densanon LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our website or services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
